Benidorm - a bit like marmite, you either love it or hate it. However the majority of Brits who actually come on holiday to Benidorm get the bug and continue to come back year after year. There is so much to see and do around the resort that it´s hardly surprising. Alicante airport is served by a wide choice of airlines and with an average flight time of 2.5 hours understandable why it is a firm favourite with so many. Benidorm´s success is based on two main attractions – long stretches of golden sandy beaches and a microclimate that guarantees almost year round sunshine.
